2013 Meeting Dates

Following are a list of dates for this year.  We are now changing to meet at the Parish centre behind the Catholic church starting at the May meeting .

We have set the dates in concrete but as you can see not all the months have a project as yet this is due to the small number of members at the January meeting. We will discuss all projects in February. All projects are subject to change except retreat dates so bring along your ideas.

15thSeptember	Pink Day – Make an item for Breast Cancer Stall
20th October	UFO
23th and 24th November	GOLDEN AGE CENTRE Machine appliqué with Julie Latcham  9.00 til 5.00 pm Sat   Sunday 9.00 to 3.00 pm Dinner at venue to be selected for Christmas party

Retreat Information 

Retreat at Camp Stacey . ( Warwick)These Ladies have paid their deposit.  The cost is $250 per person for 2 nights accommodation and all meals provided.

Quilts of Love

At January our meeting we made "Quilts of Love" to be donated to hospitals for at risk and  very ill babies. We all enjoyed the day although there were only a few who attended this meeting.

Recycle Challenge

Recently we were asked to make an item from recycled materials. This is only a couple of photos but more to come.

Both Gail and Jenny combined 2 challenges the embroidery challenge and the recycle challenge.
